TPF Apparel LLC Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During new releases, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is available for $8.00. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available for $15.00. Please note that selecting express shipping speeds up the shipping/transit portion of your order but does not eliminate normal processing time.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. TPF Apparel LLC is not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, TPF Apparel LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen. Customers should contact the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact TPF Apparel LLC as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.
